Shipping & Handling

We are based in Europe and ship our products worldwide. We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 USD, or the equivalent amount in your local currency.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

  • Canada: up to 5 additional business days

  • United States: up to 7 additional business days

  • International orders: 7–9 additional business days

While we aim to deliver orders faster than these estimates, shipping timelines may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Mistakes made by the customer when entering shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided (including missing apartment or unit numbers), the customer is responsible for purchasing a replacement order if the original shipment cannot be recovered, as well as covering the cost of a new shipping label.

Stolen Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is secure and able to receive packages safely.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ZipFlex does not cover customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders.
For deliveries within Europe and Norway, no additional charges will apply, as all applicable taxes and duties are covered by us.

Packages Delivered to Neighbors

If a package is delivered to a neighboring address, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is declined, rejected, or returned to sender for any reason, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order to have the order re-shipped.

If an order is intentionally abandoned and returned to us, the order will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. In addition, a $15 USD shipping charge will be deducted if the original order qualified for free shipping.
