Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% confident when shopping at ZipFlex. For this reason, we offer a generous 60-day return and refund policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us at support@zipflex.co and we’ll provide a refund or exchange where applicable. All returns must be made within 60 days from the receipt date, be in new and unused condition, and include the original product packaging.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may treat it as a return and refund the order minus any return shipping and handling costs, in accordance with this policy.

This Return and Refund Policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please contact us by email at support@zipflex.co within 60 days from the date your package arrives to request a return.

Returned items must be in new condition and include the original product packaging. The manufacturer’s packaging must be free of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products to our returns warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International shipments should be marked “Merchandise Return” and shipped with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

Any items shipped COD or with additional brokerage fees charged to zipflex.co upon delivery will be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Please allow 3–5 business days for returns to be processed after they arrive at our distribution center. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received.

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us first at support@zipflex.co so we can review your order and attempt to resolve the issue through our standard return and refund process.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.


Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days:

  • In the case of a sales contract: from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
  • In the case of a service contract: from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
  • In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately: from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.
  • In the case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces: from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.
  • In the case of contracts for regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time: from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the first good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You can also use the withdrawal form sent to your email address.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For sales contracts, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear those costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
  • For the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • For the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • For the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
  • For the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
  • For the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

FURTHER DETAILS

zipflex.co is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We recommend insuring returned shipments through the carrier. Refunds cannot be processed for damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.

Before sending any items, you must complete the return request process and receive prior authorization, regardless of the reason for return.

Please note that third-party shipping services such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko’s, Mailbox Etc., or similar companies may charge additional fees beyond standard ground shipping. zipflex.co does not reimburse these charges. Do not return any items COD, as COD returns cannot be accepted.

Products that have been used in any manner are not eligible for return.

At its discretion, zipflex.co may issue store credit for returned products. Any store credit issued will expire one year from the date of issuance.
